"Account Manager Kim Mirenda is exceptional. In May 2025 a storm came through our area and debris from the storm cracked the windshield on our EV. It wasn't until June 2025 that I followed up on the claim and found out that it was stuck in limbo. Kim answered my call and made sure that it was a top priority at State Farm to process. She also communicated with the car dealership and talked to the Service Department to make sure they knew to State Farm was covering expenses. I have had a few different insurance agents from different companies in the past, but only State Farm has been 100% involved with me in resolving my claims. Kim Mirenda is the best."
