"Mr. Guevara. Thank you for contacting us in regards to your billing concerns. I apologize for the delay in my response to you as it took some investigating to determine if “Ecuador Flying Fish Tours Inc.” is your identifier. If this is not Javier Guevara, please feel free to reach out to me directly at my office so I can address your situation personally. The late charges on your account were due to your automatic debit being declined to the credit card you requested be used in both situations you describe. The State Farm billing department attempted to retrieve payment for your auto and renters policy and the payment was declined both times. Unfortunately, this generates a late fee due to the declination. This charge is applied by the State Farm billing department, not from my office or any of my team members. We used the credit card information given to us on both occasions in order to try to assist and I do apologize for the inconvenience. However, I believe that this may be an issue to be taken up with your financial institution. Again, I can appreciate your frustration and if you feel that being with another agency is your only solution, I will be happy to give you a list of all the State Farm Agencies in your area that are also qualified to help you and move your policies to that office. As always, thank you for allowing me and my team to be of service."
